This is my go-to workout video. I absolutely love it. There are 3 stages involved. Do each stage for 10 days, taking 2 break days within those 10 days. No shame in spending a little longer at each stage if you need it, this is not an easy work out!! This is a strength AND cardio AND ab work out.
